"Xavier has conducted several waterproofing projects on our townhouse in West Harlem. This is a pre-War building that has had a history of flooding. Xavier completely renovated our basement, removed mold-infected drywall, and installed a waterproof Drylock system. He installed three sump pumps, three French drains, and leveled the entire floor for drainage. He also put in an emergency ejection system if our main plumbing becomes overwhelmed. I couldn't be happier with the work. He was responsive, very personable, and professional. Xavier is an excellent contractor, and I have since contacted him for other projects."

"Xavier was referred to us by another contractor we trusted as we were looking for someone to finish repairing our water damaged basement. He has been nothing but respectful of our time, living space and our needs since we first met him up to the end of the repairs. His quote was very reasonable and he put the care and attention into his work and the quality and outcome shows that. He also spent time covering our furniture, taping off floors and cleaning everything up when he was finished which we appreciated.
